INVITATION FOR BID Sandy City will accept sealed bids for: 2013 CRACK SEAL PROJECT (SPRING PHASE 1 OF 2) The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools equipment, insurance and bonding necessary, but not limited to, crack sealing 131 streets and 7 parking lots as described in the plans and specifications. Phase 2 will be requested approximately September 2013. This contract will be for a term of one year (both phases 1 and 2) and can be renewed for an additional two - twelve month periods upon agreement of both parties. Bid documents and specifications may be reviewed and obtained after January 28, 2013 from the office of the City Engineer, 8775 So 700 West for a $25 non refundable deposit. Bid documents can also be reviewed at: Mountainlands Area Plan Room, 583 West 3560 South, SLC, Utah 84115. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Bids must be received by the Purchasing Department at 10000 So Centennial Parkway, Suite 330 no later than 10:00 a.m., FEBRUARY 20, 2013 where they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the conference room.
