NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 24th , 2013, as close to 6:30 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider various amendments to the Land Use and Development Regulations of the City of Holladay regarding development in the Holladay Village (HV) zone. The proposed amendments include: (1) amending the floor area allowance for a "Large Neighborhood Market", (2) modifying for the purpose of facilitating redevelopment, authorizing relocation of existing uses within the zone that do not presently comply with the zone requirements by authority of the Redevelopment Agency; and (3) removing the minimum lot size for a parcel in the HV zone. It may be possible that additional amendments may be considered which will be related to the proposed amendments listed above. The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
