NOTICE An emergency hazardous waste permit (#UT-025-2013) has been issued to Tooele Army Depot (TEAD), Tooele County, Utah. The permit authorizes TEAD to store 20 rocket motors in five silos at TEAD's Open Burn/Open Detonation (OB/OD) facility. The emergency permit was necessary for continued storage until weather conditions were within allowable limits specified by the OB/OD permit. This permit was effective August 15, 2013 and expired August 22, 2013. Copies of the permit are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste, located on the 2nd floor of the Multi Agency State Office Building, 195 North 1950 West, Salt Lake City, Utah.
