REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION MWH Constructors (MWHC), Inc., General Contractor to Brown & Caldwell Constructors for the North Davis Sewer District Biosolids Process Expansion and Improvements Project ("Project"), is seeking to qualify a minimum of three (3) bidders in each discipline of work (see below) to bid to perform work on the PROJECT. The successful bidders would perform work over the next three (3) to five (5) years. The work will consist of upgrades to existing digesters; construction of new anaerobic digesters, primary solids thickening facility, new cogeneration facility, expansion of the existing biosolids dewatering process; and other modifications to existing facilities and processes to support projected future increases in facility flow and loading. Qualified bidders will be invited to bid to perform work in the following disciplines: Shoring and Excavation (S-01): Includes dewatering, shoring, excavation, and backfill. Foundations (S-02) Includes installation of rammed aggregate columns and auger cast piles. Structural (S-03): Includes cast in place concrete, including furnishing and installing reinforcing steel; structural steel and miscellaneous metals; and building architectural. Mechanical (S-04): Includes installing Division 11 and 13 items furnished by MWHC and furnishing and installing all process pipe and valves (both interior and exterior). Electrical (S-05): Includes furnishing and installing Division 16 complete and conduits and wiring for Division 17. HVAC (S-07): Includes furnishing and installing HVAC system complete, including controls and low voltage control wiring. Painting and Protective Coatings (S-08): Includes furnishing and installing all field applied paint and coatings. Masonry (S-09): Includes Division 4 complete, including furnishing and installing reinforcing steel. Roofing (S-10): Includes furnishing and installing roofing insulation and membrane roofing systems. Landscaping (S-11): Includes landscaping, irrigation, and fencing. Paving (S-12): - Includes paving and curb and gutter. Spray Insulation (S-13): Includes application of sprayed polyurethane foam for roofing systems. Individual Bidders may be qualified to perform work in multiple disciplines. Scopes of work may be combined dependent upon the requirements of the Project.
