Bidders are invited to submit pre-qualification documents for the Salt Lake City Public Safety Building: Exhibit Cases. B. Fabrication and installation of museum exhibit cases for the Salt Lake City Public Safety Building located at 475 South 300 East. B. The estimated cost for the work is $300,000.00. 1.3 EXAMINATION AND PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENTS The scope of work and submittal requirements will be available from the City Engineer's Office at 349 South 200 East, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah on or after February 4, 2013. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded at the following website: www.bidsync.com. 1.4 SUBMISSIONS The Pre-Qualification Forms will be received in the Salt Lake City Engineer's Office at 349 South 200 East, Suite 600 until 4:30 p.m. on February 19, 2013. Please submit eight (8) copies of the Pre-Qualification Forms. Late Pre-Qualification Forms will not be accepted. All costs related to the preparation of Pre-Qualification Forms and any re lated activities are the sole responsibilities of the Contractors. The City as sumes no liability for any costs incurred by Contractors throughout the Pre- Qualification process. 1.10 CONTACT WITH CITY EMPLOYEES A. All Contractors interested in these projects will refrain under penalty of dis qualification from direct or indirect contact for the purpose of influencing the Pre-Qualification process or creating bias in the Pre-Qualification process with any person who may play a part in the Pre-Qualification process. This policy is intended to create a level playing field for all potential Contractors.
