Soso, as Trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Axiom Financial, LLC, an Utah Limited Liability Company, its successors and assigns, recorded on 9/26/08, as Entry # 2367181, covering real property purportedly known as 1457 South 1650 East 7B, Ogden, UT 84404, and more particularly described as: Unit 7B, Building 7, PHASE 2, contained within the CANYON TERRACE CONDOMINIUM, a Utah Condominium Project as the same is identified in the Record of Survey Map recorded on July 23, 1985 in Weber County, as Entry No. 942965, in Book 27 of Plats, at Page 29 (as said Record of Survey Map may have heretofore been amended or supplemented) and in the Declaration recorded on August 20, 1984 in Weber County, as Entry No. 916549 in Book 1452, at Page 241 (as said Declaration may have heretofore been amended or supplemented.) Together with the appurtenant undivided interest in said project`s Common Areas as established in said Declaration and allowing for periodic alteration both in the magnitude of said undivided interest and in the composition of the Common Areas and Facilities to which said interest relates.
