Notice of Trustee's Sale The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the West Jordan Courthouse 8080 S. Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84088 on February 28, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed originally executed by Mary Ann Binks Family Living Trust Dated August 20, 1996 Mary Ann Binks Trustee, as trustors, in favor of Gordon E. Smith, Leta A. Smith, Russell Fitzgeral Gardner, Marilyn H. Gardner, Spencer R. and Nelda Warnder as beneficiaries, covering real property located at 3120 S. 9000 W., Magna, UT 84044 and more particularly described as: Commencing 1372.86 feet West and 125.27 feet South from the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 1, South Range 2 West, Salt Lake base and Meridian and running thence South 50 feet; thence West 145.62 feet; thence North 50 feet; thence East 145.62 feet to the point of commencement as to according to the official plat thereof as recorded Salt Lake County, UT. Parcel # 14-30-405-017-0000 The current beneficiary of the trust deed is Integrity Investors Group, LLC and the record owners of the property as of the recording of the notice of default are Mrozek, Jennifer M & Rock, Kathryn as joint tenants.
