The City Council will be considering a Rezone and Site Plan request to rezone and construct a new Midvale City Municipal Center on approximately 5 acres of property at 7510 S. Main St. The proposed zone change is from Regional Commercial (RC) to Regional Commercial (RC) with a Public Facilities Overlay. The proposed municipal center includes a two-story, approximate 30,000 square foot administration and courts building. This request is being made by Midvale City.
