This bid is a multi-step bid with a two phase process consisting of a qualification selection, first phase; and a second phase in which those bidders who have been qualified through the first phase are invited to submit pricing. The maintenance will include providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide complete landscaping maintenance, irrigation, irrigation maintenance and repair, and fertilization of City Parks and Park Strips.
