Brown, as Trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., and its successors and assigns, covering real property in Sanpete County (Tax/Parcel No. 00016607X2) purportedly, but not guaranteed to be located at 360 W. 800 S., Mt. Pleasant, UT 84647, together with, and subject to, any applicable improvements, fixtures, easements, appurtenances, taxes, assessments, conditions, covenants, restrictions, reservations or other enforceable rights and obligations, and described as follows: The East Half of Lot 3, Block 4, Plat "D", ANDERSON AND ERICKSEN'S ADDITION TO MT.
