In accordance with SVSD Pretreatment Rules and Regulations, the public may comment on the contents of individual wastewater discharge permits prior to finalization and issuance of such permits to significant industrial users (SIU). SVSD invites the public to comment on the following draft SIU individual wastewater discharge permit: Dale T. Smith & Sons, Inc., 12450 South Pony Express Road Draper, UT 84020.
