CITY OF WEST JORDAN PUBLIC NOTICE Advertisement of Bid The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking bids for a contractor to furnish all equipment, labor, materials, and appurtenances for 2014 Pedestrian Ramp Project, project number RD 14-02. The engineer's estimate for this project is $56,000.00. Sealed bids will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk/Recorder's Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be deemed received when they are in the physical possession of the City Clerk/Recorder or designee. Bids, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk/Recorder's Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail.
