AMENDED REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SERVICES GRANTSVILLE CITY CORPORATION BOOTH STREET SEWER PROJECT Pursuant to the provisions of Utah Code Annotated §10-8-14, notice is hereby given that the Grantsville City Corporation is accepting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified contractors for the construction and administration of the completion of sewer line improvements from the corner of Village Mobile Est. and Main Street running west until Booth Street, then going north along Booth Street to Clay Street; then running west along Clay Street to Race Street, then going north along Race Street until it reaches the Grantsville Wastewater Treatment facility. Work will also include the physical removal of the lift stations currently being used in the line. Experience in this type of work is preferred. A written statement of qualifications and fee for Schedule "A", Schedule "B", and Schedule "B" Alt #1 will be accepted at the Grantsville City Offices, located at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, Utah 84029 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2013. Any RFQ/RFPs submitted after September 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. will not be considered. Grantsville City will not accept any RFQ/RFP submittal by facsimile, electronic transmission or any method other then stated above. Grantsville City reserves the right not to issue a RFQ/RFP and to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time if it deems, in its sole discretion that such measures are in Grantsville's best interests. It is anticipated that the RFP/RFQs will be formally considered and awarded at the City Council meeting on October 2, 2013 at the 7:00 p.m. meeting.
