SALT LAKE COUNTY 2012-2013 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is an annual report required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Salt Lake County receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds and must review the progress that has been made in carrying out the 5 Year Consolidated Plan and 2012 Action Plan and report on that progress. Salt Lake County's 2012-2013 CAPER contains: 1. Summary of projected accomplishments compared to actual performance 2. The status of actions taken during the year to fully implement the overall strategy defined in Salt Lake County's Five Year Consolidated Plan and the 2012 Action Plan and 3. A self-evaluation of progress made during the last year in addressing identified priority needs and objectives. The draft CAPER will be available for public review beginning Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Salt Lake County, 2001 South State St., Room S-2100, Salt Lake City, Utah, in the Office of Community Resources and Development for a period of 15 days. It will also be available on the County's website at http://www.crd.slco.org/communityDev/PublicNoticesComment.html. Reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities or those in need of language interpretation services can be provided if five days' notice is given by calling 385-468-4880 and asking for Nancy.
