CITY OF HOLLADAY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTIONS Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of March, 2012 the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinance 2012-06. Ordinance 2012-06 establishes temporary restrictions on applications for conditional use permits, rezones and building permits in the RM Zone. ************************************************** Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of April, 2012 the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinance 2012-07. Ordinance 2012-07 establishes temporary land use regulations regarding front set back and building corridors in single family residential zones for six months. ************************************************** Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of April, 2012 the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinance 2012-08. Ordinance 2012-08 amends Chapters 13.71.020 and 13.71.1 pertaining to zoning restrictions in the Holladay Village Zone. All street level floor space of buildings abutting 2300 East, Holladay Blvd. Murray Holladay Rd and Laney Ave between 2300 East and Holladay Blvd and abutting Holladay Village shall be retail use only. The complete ordinances are available for public inspection during normal working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the office of the City Recorder located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT.
