NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE APN: 40-244-0005 Trust No. 13-00140-8 Ref: GARREN J. HOLMAN IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST dated July 12, 2006. HOLMAN AND TAMERA HOLMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS as Trustor(s) WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO HIGHEST BIDDER, PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF SALE.
