SUMMARY OF SALT LAKE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 1742 On the 8th day of January, 2013, the County Council of Salt Lake County adopted Ordinance No. 1742, amending Sections 2.95.050 and 2.95.060, of the Salt Lake County Code of Ordinances, 2001, by providing that the county mayor shall prepare a proposed budget which includes a line item for capital maintenance in an amount not less than 100% of the previous budget year's capital improvements fund budget; providing that the county council shall not transfer any of the capital improvement tax funds to any other fund or account of the county; and making other related changes.
