NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the Main Entrance (public entry) Courts Building, Davis County Criminal Justice Complex, 800 West State Street, Farmington, Utah, on September 3, 2013 at 2:00 PM, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed dated April 27, 2007 executed by Parrish-Legacy, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, as Trustor, in favor of Leavitt Land & Investment, Inc., a Utah corporation, as Beneficiary, covering real property located in Davis County and described as follows: **** SEE EXHIBIT A **** Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is Leavitt Land & Investment, Inc., a Utah corporation and the record owners of the property as of the recording of this notice of default is reported to be Parrish-Legacy, LLC, a Utah limited liability company.
