WALKER AND NIKI M. WALKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS as Trustor(s) WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO HIGHEST BIDDER, PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF SALE.
