CONSULTANTS are invited to submit a statement of qualifications and interest to provide services for a contract named and numbered as the Imperial Park Project, Job No. 242001. B. The work will consist of providing design and construction administration services as well as all necessary permitting for the Imperial Neighborhood Park Design. 1.3 EXAMINATION AND PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENTS The scope of work and submittal requirements will be available from the City Engineer's Office at 349 South 200 East, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah on or after July 15, 2013. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded at the following website: www.bidsync.com. 1.4 SUBMISSIONS A Statement of Qualifications and Interest (Document 00400) will be received in the Salt Lake City Engineer's Office at 349 South 200 East, Suite 600 until 4:30 p.m. on August 14, 2013. Please submit six hard copies of the Statements of Qualifications and Interest. Late Statements of Qualifications and Interest will not be accepted.
