SECTION 00030 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF OREM 56 North State Street Orem, UT 84057 RECEIPT OF BIDS: Separate sealed BIDS for the 2013 Micro Surfacing Project (20-108) will be received by the City Engineer at the City of Orem, Development Services Room 105, 56 North State, Orem, UT 84057 until April 9, 2013 at 10:00am and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained March 19, 2013 at the City of Orem, Engineering Division, Development Services Offices, 56 North State Street, Orem, UT 84057. There will be a $20.00 non-refundable fee for a copy of the specifications. (An additional $5.00 service charge will be assessed if the specifications are to be mailed). DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The WORK will consist of 580,000 square feet of Type III Micro Surfacing. A plan holder's list is available online under City Services, Projects at Bid at www.orem.org.
